The theory behind improv is "yes - and," which is a really great antidote to the prevailing "no - but" that we experience so often in society, at work, and in our families.

We'd like to give improv a try at Echoes for several reasons: to give us the chance to try something new in safety (a great practice), to develop community, to being to gain an appreciation for how we can be "yes - and" people who work toward collaboration and incorporate play.

Not many Echoes folks have done improv so if you're interested and yet a bit nervous about it - join the crowd! All are welcome, and we might all feel a bit silly........and have a great time in the process.

Afterward we'll have a conversation about what it was like and how this can inform our lives. Please join us - the more the merrier!
