Both Solstice and Advent heighten awareness of the dark, while also recognizing the promise of light. Join us as we celebrate and honor these two traditions in one meditative event. We'll gather for just under an hour - come and spend a bit of time in quiet reflection during this hectic and dark time of year.

Everyone is welcome. There is no need to have any particular faith affiliation.

Event includes liturgy, singing, candles, labyrinth walking, and light refreshments. 

Meet at the Fairhaven Park Pavilion (first building on the left as you enter the park; look for the Advent Solstice sign).

The labyrinth walk will be outside, so please dress for cold weather. If it is quite rainy we will forego the labyrinth as a group activity, but regardless of the weather it is available for anyone who would like to walk it!
