Every first Monday of the month Echoes enjoys a potluck and we all get to practice some listening. Our very name embodies a form of listening (echoes reverberate - you either hear or feel them), so we want to be good listeners. Specifically we'd like to be better at listening to others, to God, and to our local communities.

Location is at the Whatcom Land Trust.

TONIGHT we'll be learning how to make spring rolls! (Some call them "salad rolls" - they are the ones with rice paper that are not deep fried.) Echoes will bring all the ingredients and know-how for the spring rolls, which is the main entree (easily vegetarian, and peanut sauce provided!). If you'd like to bring a side dish or dessert, please do! No pressure to bring anything, though.
