What is the connection between spirituality and the arts? This monthly event explores this important question, and offers an opportunity to engage our own creativity in a worshipful setting.

Our November theme is REmind, so together we will explore this theme utilizing natural materials as we create Advent Wreaths. Taking a moment each day, during the winter season to light a candle and remind oneself of the divine spark within, can be a powerful spiritual practice. We hope creating these wreaths together can prepare our hearts to hear and embody the ancient Christmas story once more.

Materials will be provided, but a $5 donation is welcome to help cover the costs. Also feel free to bring natural tree based materials (sticks, branches, evergreen boughs, holly, other green items) from your favorite places at your home or in your neighborhood.

We believe that we are created in the image of the creator and artistic practices can be a spiritual experience of creation, of freedom, and of messiness. All levels of artistic engagement are welcome!
