In this time of rushing towards Christmas, we should welcome the discipline of the Advent season, asking us to wait in anticipation for Christ’s birth. Waiting can be a challenging place to stay for weeks at a time, but our scriptures and songs can help us find God’s comfort when we need it the most.

By weaving songs, stories, scriptures and reflections, we’ll go more deeply into the unique circumstances of Christ’s birth and what the story of a Mother’s journey to birth love into the world, has still to teach us today.

We can't wait for your to hear Tara's offerings and be blessed on your Advent journey with music to inspire, encourage and heal.

All are welcome to join us for this live streamed service. We’ll join together for the act of Communion, so bring elements (crackers, bread, juice, wine, water, etc.) to share in God’s love for all!

Guest Musician Tara Ward
You might know Tara Ward from Late Tuesday fame, but she's been busy ever since as well. Whether it's been creating music for church of the beloved or the opiate mass, collaborating with other artists, or working on her solo career, her music continues to speak to listeners. This will be Tara's first musical appearance since moving back to Bellingham with her family.
