This month’s Wild Church will coincide with Ash Wednesday, a meaningful, ritual-heavy time of reflection. We will gather outdoors to reflect on the start of the Lenten season and receive ashes on our foreheads as a sign of our mortality. There will be time for silent reflection, walking, scripture and communion.
We believe that church isn’t confined just to a building and so every month we gather for Wild Church.
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather. Bring a short chair, a blanket, and your journal. Bring, also, your open heart to experience God in nature, as a community.
