Members of the King family called on the nation to commemorate the 2022 MLK Day holiday as a DAY ON. Protecting voter access and expanding voting rights was central to Dr. King’s mission and the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 1960s. We join our community to honor the King family’s request to educate, advocate, and activate in support of the Freedom to Vote Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act currently before the U.S. Congress.
There will be no regular Monday gathering for Echoes, please participate as you can in this important DAY ON!
