“All we have is time.”
― Terry Tempest Williams
The Fall Equinox gives us a moment in space & this place to honor time. The rhythm of the seasons gives us opportunity to observe the passing of time. A lot can happen in a short amount of time, particularly to our planet if we aren’t being mindful.
We’ll gather around a fire* and allow ourselves deep breaths and more time to consider how we can work individually and communally for climate action. Together we will prepare for fall and reflect on how our lives are reflecting our values about the earth. (*fire burn and weather pending)
Wild Church gathers for a time of deep listening & wandering on the land to deeply connect with this planet we spend out time on. Through readings, reflection in nature, and re-engagement with the dirt under our feet, through community we’ll celebrate the world we share.
Please wear what you need to be comfortable including comfortable walking shoes as there is much to explore around our location near Deception Pass State Park.
Location : Our location for this Wild Church is on Whidbey Island/Deception Pass Area, please contact us for the physical address!
