It’s PRIDE month in Bellingham (JULY). please join Echoes for a special Movie Church as we watch a special Pride related film- Mama Bears.

This PBS documentary follows parents fighting for their kids. They call one another “mama bears” because of the ferocity with which they fight for their children’s rights. Although they grew up as fundamentalist, evangelical Christians praying for the souls of LGTBQ+ people, these mothers are now willing to risk losing friends, family, and faith communities to champion their kids—even if it challenges their belief systems and rips apart their worlds.

We will also gather up our supplies and finalize our plans for Pride in Bellingham on July 12!

Since it’s Monday and the USA is playing in the World Cup we’ll also have a screen playing the soccer game!

All are welcome to come watch a movie and craft/create things to share at Pride in Bellingham!
