Oct. 26th is Make a Difference Day!  If you're not joining us for the educational opportunity today, then it's a perfect day to offer come service to the community!

In particular, Bellingham Parks and Recreation has two events that need volunteers. From 9-noon one team will be at Squalicum Creek to do some planting, and another team will be at Big Rock Garden Park to do a clean-up. More information can be found here. 

The Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association also has an important project in Maple Falls, planting trees and shrubs. Details are here.
