Taizé is a small town in France; the worship style that has arisen from its monastery is known widely as "Taizé." It combines prayer, music, readings and silence to create an meditative space. Also known as "sung meditative prayer," Taizé songs have short lyrics, allowing a person to reflect upon them and listen deeply.
St Paul's Episcopal is the host church for this hour-long event. The service lasts for an hour, and is followed by an optional labyrinth walk from 6 - 7pm.
