Whatcom Land Trust does some amazing work to protect and preserve natural, sensitive land in Whatcom County. They usually have a work party on the first Friday of the month, but in January it'll be the second Friday.

This event will most likely be an overview of what WLT is doing near Lake Whatcom. Come along to hear what is being done, what needs to be done, and how we can help. Wear comfortable, waterproof shoes, and expect good solid hiking!
